In most cases, the prior month's stats are released on the 11th day of each month at 10 am. If the 11th occurs on a weekend or holiday, the reports will be published at 10 am on the next business day. Publishing on the 11th allows agents to update their sold listings within a few days after the end of the previous month. It also allows data to be reviewed and cleansed to provide accurate results. 

Because our revised business rules dictate three full business days be completed prior to our snapshots being pulled, and the number of business days required to process and QC the data, there are cases each year where publishing on the 11th is not possible.
